Media assets

Bringing an existing image, video or audio file into Canvas.

Read as Markdown ↗

Use them for: Bringing an existing image, video or audio file into Canvas.

What they can do: Hold media selected from your library or uploaded from your device. You can also drop media files onto the canvas. A temporary card appears during upload; wait until the upload finishes.

Inputs: Your chosen file/library item. An empty media card is a placeholder waiting for a selection, rather than a generator.

Outputs: The selected image, video or audio, according to the card's kind.

AssetUseful destinations
ImageImage, Video, Text, Script, Storyboard, Motion Video, Upscale, Remove Background
VideoSmart Extractor, Video Upscale, Merge Video, Storyboard, Motion Video
AudioAudio reference/preview modes, compatible Video audio inputs, Motion Video

Try it: Open Add node → Upload or choose media, select an image, then connect the ready image to Image. To replace an image asset, use Replace image; the card and its existing connections stay in place.

Remember: A connected empty/uploading asset cannot supply generation input. Not every destination accepts all three media kinds.

Watch the setup

These short demos show setup or existing results. Generation and analysis are started separately after you review the inputs and displayed price or allowance.
