Extract Video Segment

Taking the first or last part of a generated video as a reference.

Read as Markdown ↗

Use it for: Taking the first or last part of a generated video as a reference.

What it can do: Extract and save a short MP4 in the browser.

Inputs: One finished Video node; a directly uploaded video asset is not this node's source input.

Output: A saved video segment for a compatible Video or Motion Video reference. Use it to guide a continuation, rather than expecting automatic stitching or guaranteed seamless motion.

Try it: Create the segment node from a Video output, set seconds and First or Last, then choose Confirm. Connect the saved segment to the next Video's compatible reference input.

Remember: Changing the source, duration or position requires extracting again. This is a first/last segment tool, rather than a general timeline editor.
